With a non-refundable deposit reservations allow you to reserve your space up to 30 days in advance, without having to pay rent unnecessarily.  This deposit gets credited to your first rent payment.

When you rent you'll immediately be charged for the remainder of the current month, receive your personalized gate code via e-mail and can move in right away!
